Applicant Pictures

• We cannot issue a student ID for you without having a picture of you.
• Please use a biometric passport photo (35mm x 45mm, scanned with at least 300 DPI, file format *.jpg or *.png).
• All images you upload are automatically linked to your account. Only upload pictures of yourself.
• If it is clear when the student card is issued that you are not in the picture, or the picture is not suitable for the student card, a new student card will have to be created for you and you will be CHARGED A FEE.
• When you upload a new image, the old image will automatically be deleted.
