CLOSE Network to companies

All professors of the Department of Information Technology worked for well-known companies for several years before being appointed to Esslingen University. They were in leading positions and responsible for development, pre-development or research and still have a sustainable industrial network.

This industrial network is of great advantage for a professorship in order to maintain close contacts with industry. Cooperations with companies and memberships in professional associations expand this network. In addition, we are maintaining our Alumi network. Many of our graduates have meanwhile reached leading positions in the industry.
 

Close network to foreign universities

The Department of Information Technology maintains various connections and contacts to international universities and industrial companies abroad in cooperation with the International Office of Esslingen University.

The Department of Information Technology has contacts to other colleges and universities on almost all continents.
