Very good results in the CHE ranking
Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering on the Göppingen campus do exceptionally well
The Faculty of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering with its Electrical Engineering degree programme taught on the Göppingen campus achieves outstanding results in the CHE ranking and is in the top group nationwide in five categories: range of courses offered, organisation of the programme, supervision, stays abroad and career guidance services.
The results of the university rankings compiled by the Centre for Higher Education (CHE) have been published in the new ZEIT Studienführer (Study Guide) 2019/20.
A third of the disciplines are re-assessed every year. In 2019 it was the turn of Electrical Engineering.
Wirtschaftswoche ranking
In the German National Ranking compiled by the Wirtschaftswoche magazine, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences is one of the top-ten universities in Germany for electrical engineering (8th place) and engineering management (10th place).
